How long is delivery/dispatch?
Dispatch is usually made within 3-5 working days.
Why has only one pair arrived?
We dispatch items on order as soon as stock is available to us. This may mean that multiple orders can arrive separately.
Do you offer an express service?
We can sometimes offer an express service for an additional charge, if required please enquire by email.
Can I have delivery to an alternative address/person?
Delivery to an alternative address/person can only be made after a first successful order to the address the payment card is registered at.
Do you ship overseas?
We only ship within the UK.
How do I return unwanted items?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of purchase in it's original unworn condition and we will refund the product price. This will not include postage costs.

Do you have a physical shop?
No, we are an on-line shop and do not have facilities for customer visits.
