We do not store any of you financial details such as credit or debit card details.

The Slippers Shop does not sell or pass any customers personal information, including e-mail addresses to any other organisation for any purpose other than for processing orders you place with us. The information we hold will be accurate, and where necessary, kept up to date.  

You can check the information we hold about you by contacting us via e-mail.  Any errors you find will be corrected promptly. Data held about you will be done so securely and will not be transferred to countries outside of the European Economic Area. From time to time we may send you information via e-mail or post to inform you of changes to our website or inform you of special offers. We will always provide an “opt-out” or “unsubscribe” option to allow you to stop any further mailings if you wish.

Our Aim
At The Slippers Shop we value your order no matter how large or small and it is our aim to deliver your purchase securely and safely in the most timely and cost effective way.

Delivery Times

 We aim to deliver most other items within 3 to 10 working days from your order and clearance of your payment.  But ask that you allow up to 21 days for delivery.

Delivery Method
Most orders are dispatched by Royal Mail 1st class post. Overseas orders are dispatched by airmail ‘International Signed For’. We may use other couriers at our discretion.

 
Delivery Charges
All delivery charges are tailored to your individual order and are based on the products ordered and weight. Delivery charges are automatically calculated and added to your order and will be clearly displayed within the shopping basket area of the website.

Location
To ensure the highest security The Slippers Shop will deliver your goods to the billing address specified during your online purchase.

RETURNS POLICY

 

We operate a NO QUIBBLE RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the item within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price. The item must be unworn with complete original packaging (labels, tags & box or bag), items returned without original packaging will be subject to a £3 repackaging levy. We cannot refund postage costs.
This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.
