Returns Policy
Goods can be returned unworn for refund or within 30 days of receipt. Returned Goods must be unworn and in the original packaging as received.
If you need to exchange the size, simply return the item for a refund and re-order the size you require.

Important:
Please return goods exactly as received, do not put tape, labels or write on the shoe box, or squash the goods into the box or packaging or a refurbishment charge of £5 may be deducted from any refund.
Faulty Goods:
A full refund subject to:
- If the goods are faulty please enclose a note stating the fault.
- PLEASE NOTE: if the goods do not fit you - this does not mean they are 'faulty' or 'not as described'
- If, after examination, the returns are found to be faulty we will refund the return postage cost up to the cost of Royal Mail 2nd class parcel post.
PLEASE NOTE: we do not supply postpaid return labels
If you need a different size please re-order.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of our receiving the returned goods.
